Attire: Your comfort is our
first concern. A spa robe and slippers are provided for use
during your treatment. You will be professionally draped
at all times to ensure privacy.
For Body Treatments: If you
feel more comfortable in a bathing suit, please bring one.
Promptness: Please arrive 15
minutes prior to your first visit at Essensia Spa. We ask that
you fill out a guest form during this time to ensure that
special concerns are addressed such as: allergies, injuries or
special needs you may have. This allows us to meet and exceed your needs. You can then relax
with a cup of herbal tea before your appointment.
Reservations are recommended
in advance and secured with your credit card or gift certificate
number.
Gratuities: Gratuities are
graciously accepted.
Appointment cancellation: As
a small facility, changes and cancellations affect us greatly.
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for a change or
cancellation. If the space can not be rebooked you will be
charged for the cancelled appointment.
